To set up remote access, follow these steps:
- Sign in to — or be present within — your institutional network/IP range.
- Create your NEJM.org account on this page, while simultaneously signed in to your institution’s network or IP range. Already have an account? Sign in here ›
You can easily monitor your remote-access status, affiliations and expiration dates in My Account.
If your institution has an NEJM.org site license subscription, the institution’s access rights will automatically be applied to your NEJM.org account for 180 days each time you sign in to your NEJM.org account while logged in to your institution’s network.

Once access is paired, you may use your devices off campus to access NEJM.org — as long as you are signed in to your NEJM.org account.
